Kory is a Certified Residential Appraiser with more than a decade of experience in the DFW market. He holds a bachelors in business administration from TWU and combines appraisal expertise with a background in real estate sales. His approach blends defensible valuation practices, clear reporting, and technology-driven process improvements that streamline reporting and improve accuracy. In addition to supervising trainees, Kory has hosted investor meet-ups and runs a local golf group.

Erica Stedman is an Appraiser Trainee with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Texas Wesleyan University. She brings a unique blend of experience in the legal field, mediation, and real estate investing, which gives her a sharp eye for detail. Beyond her professional training, Erica is also the President of the Saint Andrews Society of MacRae Meadows, where she combines leadership with her passion for community involvement.
